These are hurricane shutters. One of them only has four or five screws left. The other has all the screws left. They were impossible to turn drill, hand tool, etc. I think the best bet is to cut them off maybe even a grinder? Please call if you’re interested in the job. I’d like to talk to you about it first if you have the right tools and a brand new blade. I think the job would take you about 15 minutes. This is right off SW 10th and University in Coral Springs.
