This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team where your contributions will be appreciated and your skills put to great use. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs Perform general repairs on fixtures, appliances, and property features Handle minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, or equipment Paint and patch walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide prompt, courteous service to clients and team members Qualifications Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field Proficiency with hand and power tools Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license (may be required for some assignments)

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Must be able to work in various conditions, including confined spaces, heights, and extreme weather. Requires physical strength to lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment. Regular travel to job sites is required.
