The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and chemical balance of residential pools. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. A background in pool maintenance or service technician work is a plus, as you may also assist with maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Maintain pools by performing regular cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. Utilize various cleaning equipment and tools effectively to ensure optimal results. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Assist in the repair and maintenance of cleaning equipment as necessary. Follow safety protocols while using power tools and hand tools during cleaning tasks. Ensure that all supplies are stocked and report any shortages to management. Skills Proficient in pool maintenance techniques, including water testing and chemical application. Experience as a service technician with a focus on equipment repair is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain cleaning equipment effectively. Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools for minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings.
