Apartment Maintenance Technician 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 We are hiring for an apartment maintenance technician in Green Cove Springs Pay is $18 per hour Position is to perform maintenance and repairs.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED Five years’ experience in facilities general maintenance. Skill in troubleshooting basic electrical and lighting control systems, plumbing and HVAC. Skilled with drywall and painting Excellent organization, time management and project management skills Ability to use tools, materials, and equipment common to the trade.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Make repairs to walls, ceilings and floors as needed. Installs, repairs and maintains electrical outlets, lights, etc. within established parameters. Perform various preventive and corrective maintenance tasks Inspect the buildings and grounds to ensure safe, well-maintained conditions and advise supervisor of needed repairs. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Responds to on-call and after-hours emergency situations. Special projects or other duties as assigned. This is a drug free work place. All applicants must be willing to submit to a background check and a drug test.
