Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shutting down and securing the facility at the end of shift (lock-up duties).
- Perform routine preventative maintenance across a wide range of equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Troubleshoot without reliance on schematics or prints when needed.
- Work with AC/DC drives, HMI interfaces, starters, contactors, relays, and control circuits.
- Understand and implement preventative maintenance procedures effectively.
- Maintain strict adherence to company safety policies and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure minimal downtime.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance role (industrial or military environment).
- Proficient in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of: o Hydraulic systems o Pneumatic systems o Electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and in environments that may be hot, humid, loud, or greasy.
