Industrial Maintenance Technician Position Available In Clay, Florida

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shutting down and securing the facility at the end of shift (lock-up duties).
• Perform routine preventative maintenance across a wide range of equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Troubleshoot without reliance on schematics or prints when needed.
• Work with AC/DC drives, HMI interfaces, starters, contactors, relays, and control circuits.
• Understand and implement preventative maintenance procedures effectively.
• Maintain strict adherence to company safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure minimal downtime.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance role (industrial or military environment).
• Proficient in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of: o Hydraulic systems o Pneumatic systems o Electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and in environments that may be hot, humid, loud, or greasy.
