Job Description
High profile couple is seeking a full time live-out House Engineer/Handyman in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will be experienced, knowledgeable, discreet, reliable, and a strong communicator. Your will be responsible for HVAC, electrical, gates, pools, and regular maintenance of the property. The job responsibilities include but not limited to; maintain a preventative maintenance program, perform or oversee of installations, organize and schedule maintenance, plumbing maintenance, generator testing, vendor management, inventory management, etc.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in facilities management, Vocational or Trade school certification, AA or BA degree preferred but not required.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm, on call every other weekend.
Salary:
$ DOE, 401k, health and dental insurance, and PTO. Relocation assistance for the right candidate.
