Brief Job Description The Club at Mediterra, an extraordinary private club located in North Naples, is seeking full-time and part-time Tennis Court/General Maintenance professionals to join our team. Candidates must be professional, hospitable, and committed to the highest level of member and guest services with a focus on member satisfaction. Maintaining professional decorum in all interactions with membership is essential. An environment of training, mentoring and, promotion from within awaits all new teammates of Mediterra. A true culture of hospitality extends to our teammates, members, and guests. Job tasks/duties include, but are not limited to: Maintaining 8 clay tennis courts, 4 clay bocce courts, 7 pickleball courts Tidying the outdoor furniture, emptying trash Stocking towels, cups Blowing off areas around the courts, and other general maintenance. Perform other related duties and tasks assigned within the department The Person we are looking for will: Have a high school diploma or G.E.D equivalent Must have a valid driver’s license Must be dependable, willing to learn, responsible, organized, safety-minded, a self-starter able to work independently as well as within a team environment. Must be able to perform outdoor, physical labor which includes raking, shoveling, bending, pushing, pulling and, reaching. Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift up to 60lbs Must be able to communicate fluently in English Clay court maintenance experience is a plus, but not required Our Partnership with
