Job requires going from House to house for Tickets. This is a Independent contracting position that is part time and VERY flexible schedule. English a must, Spanish helpful. Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to repair requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and any necessary updates. Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency. we will provide the tools needed for the job, most equipment will be kept in One of the rental properties. Experience Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. working with things like clogged sinks and toilets, painting , install light switches, patching up walls, caulking bathrooms, mowing lawns a MUST, House hold Cleanup in general. Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction. A valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation between job sites. Must Provide references.
