is a looking for a talented, motivated individual to join our team. Level 1 Maintenance Technicians are responsible for keeping facilities and amenities in clean, safe working order. Applicants must be able to safely lift 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds. They must also demonstrate to work independently and present themselves in a professional, clean manner that is consistent with the hospitality industry. Reliable transportation to and from work is a must.

This position is responsible for:

Servicing onsite swimming pools and amenities (We will train) Pressure washing Safely and quickly complete work orders for maintenance items Complete work orders in a timely manner Applicants with Certified Pool Operators certificate preferred. Techs will be trained and expected to complete the CPO Exam within 6 months. Why join our team?
