Qualifications Required Education:

Preferred Experience:
5+ years in a healthcare maintenance system.
Necessary Skills:
1. Must have knowledge of wood working, trim work, doors and hardware, ceiling systems, drywall work, floor work, etc. 2. Ability to work well with all levels of staff personnel. 3. Ability to communicate in a professional manner. 4. Ability to perform basic computer skills using MicroSoft based programs. 5. Ability to learn, navigate and work within the Facilities Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). 6. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. 7. Ability to identify Life Safety deficiencies and make appropriate corrections. 8. Must have common knowledge of working with power and hand tools. 9.
