Maintenance Position Purpose:

Perform periodic and reactive maintenance on production equipment and ground support equipment

Responsibilities:

Operates within the Leadec Values to promote an overall positive culture. Conduct all work activities in an exemplary safe manner Maintain workspace in a safe and orderly fashion, adhering to all 5S standards Perform PM tasks, close out corrective actions, and log work accordingly into Maximo work orders Respond to emergent Maintenance needs by the Production Team Identify and implement PM improvements and Safety improvements Participate in training to increase knowledge about customer-affected equipment Receive, respond to, and implement customer feedback, directives, opportunities for improvement, etc. Ensure an excellent Leadec customer service level is provided to the customer Responsible for leading efforts in root cause analysis, problem solving, and elimination of recurring issues. Priority will be placed on critical equipment, which will have the most significant impact on downtime. Responsible for high-level support as needed for breakdowns and repair of general service production and automated manufacturing equipment. Assist management with maintaining compliance and prioritizing preventative and reactive maintenance work orders. Ability to respond rapidly to breakdowns on general production equipment during scheduled shifts. Correct any mechanical, electrical, or programming issues associated with the automated systems.

Ability to troubleshoot the following:

PLC (if applicable) AC/DC Drive Systems Robotic Systems (if applicable) HVAC Systems Diesel Systems Hydraulic Systems Electrical Systems Power Generation Systems Work from mechanical drawings, electrical schematic and ladder logic displays, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics. Ability to update as built drawings. Basic carpentry skills encompass a range of abilities, including measuring, cutting, framing, using power tools, blueprint reading, and understanding joinery. These skills are essential for building, repairing, and installing various structures and fixtures.
