Responsibilities:
Service general plumbing and electrical needs of properties including replacing/fixing toilets, showers, faucets, light switches, ceiling fans, and outlets. Replace HVAC filters, clean air conditioning vents as needed, and perform minor HVAC repairs as needed When work flow permits rehab and renovate units to make them ready to rent when a tenant vacates Service appliances, install air conditioners, rekey locks
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Real Estate Construction, Renovations, and Repairs Minimum 2-3 years of building maintenance experience performing some carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and painting Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & high-performance standards Excellent communication skills Must be able to speak, write, and understand English. Proven record of working independently and with minor supervision Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies. Pass a background check and drug test Must have a truck
