Northeast Florida | Full-Time (35-40 hours/week) Palace Pools is a well-established, full-service swimming pool company that has been building, remodeling, and maintaining high-quality residential pools since 1994. Many of our service accounts are pools we’ve designed and built ourselves, and we’re committed to maintaining long-term relationships with our customers through exceptional service and care. We are currently rebuilding and expanding our pool service division, and this is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor. Right now, our team is small—we have just one other full-time pool technician—so we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us as we scale over the coming years.

Position Details:

Full-time:

35-40 hours per week Service 8-10 residential pools per day Perform routine cleaning, chemical balancing, and visual equipment inspections Ensure pools are safe, sparkling, and ready to enjoy Interact professionally with customers and report any pool or equipment issues Keep accurate records of services performed and chemicals used

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

Well-organized and detail-oriented Trustworthy and able to work independently Service-minded with strong communication skills Comfortable with physical work in all weather conditions A clean driving record and valid driver’s license required Experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person CPO certification or other industry certifications are a plus

Work Schedule:
