Facility Maintenance Efficiency Lodge Carrollton Pensacola, FL 32514 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, customer service, and technical skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment. Conduct repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related issues. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion of projects. Fabricate necessary components or repairs as required for facility upkeep. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in troubleshooting. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in residential painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is essential. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, logic controllers, and general building maintenance practices. Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a maintenance team. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
