If you’re a hands-on problem solver with experience in basic repairs and maintenance, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) Address guest room and property maintenance issues promptly Ensure the hotel grounds and facilities are safe, clean, and operational Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance Work with management to coordinate outside vendor services when needed
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair work Prior experience in hotel or apartment maintenance preferred Ability to work independently and respond quickly to service calls Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and available for on-call emergencies Must be able to lift, bend, and carry equipment as needed
