The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a blend of technical skills and practical experience, making it essential for maintaining the safety and functionality of our Assisted living facility. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety standards. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules. Fabricate components as needed to support repairs or enhancements within facilities. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards across properties. Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other automated systems as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper working order. Experience Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with team members and management. Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Skills in welding, supervising teams, residential painting, and working with logic controllers are highly desirable. A solid understanding of electrical systems and the ability to fabricate parts will enhance your candidacy.
