What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring full-time installers who take pride in their work and aren’t afraid of hard labor. If you have experience with window and door installation, that’s a big plus — but we’re also open to training individuals who are dependable, tough, and eager to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
Install new construction windows and doors with precision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite Use hand and power tools with confidence and care Communicate clearly with team leads and coworkers Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements:
Experience preferred, but not required for fast learners Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida heat Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must
