Pool Maintenance Technician Palm Coast Pool Care Palm Coast, FL 32137 Overview Here at Palm Coast Pool Care, we are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance, working independently in a dynamic outdoor environment, occasionally lifting 40lbs bag of salt, everyday equipment overview showcasing mechanical knowledge and proficiency with both netting and operating a pool vacuum. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally for our clients to ensure client satisfaction. Duties Perform routine pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections. Utilize the company app to notify clients services have been completed. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pool maintenance needs and provide exceptional customer service. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks. Diagnose and troubleshoot minor pool system issues (pumps, filters, etc.) Use company-provided tools/equipment (or personal truck, if applicable•) Requirements Prior experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair minor pool equipment Issues. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet client needs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients. Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record preferred). Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Why Join Us?
