Full-Time Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong background in industrial maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and maintain industrial and commercial equipment, ensuring smooth and safe operations within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
? Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. ? Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic prints, and pneumatic diagrams. ? Conduct daily preventative maintenance (PM), including greasing machines, changing oil, and maintaining gearboxes. ? Maintain and repair facility equipment, including chillers, air compressors, granulators, and scrap grinders. ? Operate lift trucks, man lifts, and scissor lifts safely and efficiently. ? Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed. ? Operate lathes and milling machines to fabricate or repair parts. ? Follow and update the PM schedule to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. ? Uphold excellent housekeeping habits to maintain a clean and organized work environment. ? Work weekends and overtime as needed to ensure equipment reliability and facility operation.
Qualifications:
? Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience . ? Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial and commercial electrical systems . ? Ability to work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, including reading and interpreting schematics and diagrams. ? Experience with chillers and air compressors . ? Welding and fabrication experience preferred. ? Proficient in operating lift trucks, man lifts, and scissor lifts. ? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. ? Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
