  • We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and repair of robotic systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing damaged or malfunctioning equipment and components, as well as assisting in the development of diagnostic tools and procedures.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair damaged and/or malfunctioning robotic systems, equipment, and components.

+ Assist in the development and/or selection of diagnostic test and troubleshooting tools, devices, and fixtures. + Develop and maintain detailed repair activities reports. + Maintain good housekeeping of tools, equipment, and repair area. + Develop proposals for equipment purchase, maintenance, and operation instructions. + Assume responsibility for the completion of assigned projects within negotiated time and cost schedules. + Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Essential Skills
  • + 5+ years experience with assembly and troubleshooting.

+ Ability to read blueprints and complex mechanical drawings. + Experience in robotics is preferred. + Proven experience in troubleshooting of robotic equipment and/or industrial automation systems. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and programming. + Ability to read and interpret specifications, wiring diagrams, and part prints. + Understanding of mechanical and electrical test equipment.

  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • + 2 or more years of proven competency in a technical capacity. + Self-motivated and highly organized. + Able to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods. + Hands-on skill set required; ready to learn and utilize information quickly.

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $26.00 – $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
