We’re looking for an experienced Apartment/Building Maintenance Technician to join our team! Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks in apartments and buildings Handle general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Cleaning of apartments after moveouts, interior and exterior Assist with lawn maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work environment Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently Communicate effectively with tenants and management, ensuring customer satisfaction Keep track of work orders and tasks through our computer/APP systems Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner Other related tasks, as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 – 100 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures
• Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time
• Ability to crawl in small and tight spaces
• Work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain)
• Walk and climb stairs, reach with hands and arms; communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word
• Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions
• Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers
• Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in building or apartment maintenance Strong skills in painting , carpentry , cleaning , and basic electrical work Computer literate and familiar with using apps for work orders and tasks Excellent communication skills and a personable attitude Must have a valid driver’s license with 3 years of good driving history Strong work ethic – commit to 8 hours of focused work for 8 hours of pay Honest and ambitious with a can-do attitude Commitment to customer satisfaction Bonus Experience (Plus): Advanced electrical knowledge Experience with HVAC systems

Compensation & Benefits:
