Activities :

Oversee general building maintenance and repairs across multiple properties. Perform hands-on tasks like changing lights, fixing locks, basic plumbing, and minor HVAC repairs. Conduct routine inspections and support life safety systems and fire protection testing. Coordinate outside vendors and ensure timely, quality service. Respond to service requests and maintain accurate records. Assist with emergency preparedness and respond to on-call needs as scheduled. Promote energy conservation through proper equipment care and system monitoring. Foster strong relationships with tenants through excellent service.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or equivalent training. Electrical systems up to 480 volts Blueprint reading (SMT) Tech savvy Working knowledge of building codes and safety practices. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook). Availability to work an on-call schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
