⚐ ⚑ ⚑ General Construction / Handyman (Gibsonton) compensation: $25 an hour I own several rental properties in the Tampa Bay Area and looking for a maintenance person to help maintain and renovate properties. Schedule is very flexible and would work well with someone who has other jobs in which they bid or work. This is an hourly paid job and not pay by the job.
Requirements include:
- Must have own transportation and ability to pick up materials at home depot or lowes
- Must have own basic tools to perform necessary rehab tasks
- Must be able to communicate well through text messaging and be able to text photos
- Must have general construction knowledge to include basic plumbing, basic electrical, flooring and tile experience, and painting experience
- Will pay cash daily but is 1099 so will need W9 filled out When ing back please INCLUDE your experience and PHONE number.
