Handy Man Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our 5-star team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for home repairs, maintaining and repairing various needs in home or commercial business. The Handy Man will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our premises. Must have own vehicle and basic tools.

WE WILL BE OFFERING AN EQUITY SHARE TO THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL AFTER 90 DAYS!

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and plumbing repairs, drywall repairs, residential home repairs
• Inspect facilities to identify issues and address them promptly
• Repair or replace broken fixtures as needed
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition to handle manual labor tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Skills:

• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills
