The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home maintenance and repair, demonstrating a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently on various tasks. Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that need attention. Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Collaborate with other team members or contractors as needed for larger projects. Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role, showcasing a broad range of repair skills.
