In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, contributing to our commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties. Assist with installations of fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during all projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Requirements Previous experience in maintenance or maintenance person services is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with clients effectively. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work is a plus.
