Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure buildings and facilities are functional, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment Identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner Install appliances, fixtures, shelves, and hardware as needed Respond promptly to maintenance requests Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards Keep records of work performed and materials used Collaborate with contractors or specialists when necessary

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Good communication and customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in various environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, etc.) Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods

Preferred:

Certifications or training in trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
