ROOST is a fully furnished extended stay residence designed for travelers who will be away from home for an extended period of time. Our operations are similar to traditional hotel with a 24-hour front office, housekeeping services, and offering personalized amenities.

Job Description:

Organize materials, tools, and equipment to perform daily assignments. Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program. Check pending work orders daily and address each work order in a timely fashion. Perform basic electrical work Perform basic plumbing work Perform Preventive Maintenance work orders as needed Check HVAC equipment Perform general maintenance to resident suites and public areas.

Requirements:

Full Time Position- 40 hours, weekdays and weekends (this position will not have a set schedule). High School Diploma or equivalent. Command of English Language- both spoken and written.
