Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units.
- Prepare apartments for new residents.
- Knowledge in general maintenance repairs.
- Experience in apartment turnover/make ready.
- Customer service oriented.
- Proficiency in English, Bilingual is a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role,.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Must have own tools.
- Must have reliable transportation.
