⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Maintenance Technician (Tampa) Boardwalk Apartments 3130 W. Lambright St near Habana compensation: $22.00-$23.00 BOE employment type: job title: Maintenance Technician Multifamily property management company is seeking to hire a motivated, experienced, Certified HVAC Maintenance Tech to join our team. This is a full time position for 120 unit apartment community. Mon-Fri with on call rotation. We offer competitive pay, Paid vacation, personal days, paid holidays, medical insurance, and 401K. Sign on bonus after 90 days of employment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Grounds Maintenance and up keep
- Complete service requests in a timely manner
- Complete turnover of vacant apts.
- Paint/drywall repairs
- Trouble shoot, repair and install HVAC
- Minor electrical/plumbing repairs
- Basic Carpentry
- On call rotation for after hour emergencies
Job Requirements:
- HVAC Certification required
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Strong communication skills-MUST know some English
- Own your own vehicle and have a valid drivers License
- Minimum of 3 years plumbing/electrical/HVAC experience
