The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Perform electrical repairs, including troubleshooting and repairing logic controllers. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Execute welding tasks as needed for repairs or fabrication projects. Manage facilities maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. Fabricate parts or components as required to support maintenance operations. Carry out residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards within the facility. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Quore). Lead small teams during larger maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Proficiency in electrical systems and components, including logic controllers. techniques and practices. Familiarity with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities and schedules. Ability to fabricate parts or tools as necessary for repairs. Leadership skills to guide teams effectively during maintenance tasks. Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices across various trades. Competence in residential painting techniques and materials.
