Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of equipment used in our manufacturing facility. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. Preferred Experience With Any of the

Following Equipment/Systems:

Industrial saws Drill lines Welders Air compressors Punch machines Powder coating systems Basic plumbing repairs Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair Forklift maintenance HVAC systems (light commercial)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Respond quickly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime Maintain proper documentation of repairs and maintenance work Assist in installation or relocation of machines as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work independently and with production staff to ensure equipment is operational

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
