Responsibilities:

Provide equipment maintenance support for all equipment and processes including preventive maintenance and on-demand/emergency basis. Provide multi-disciplined capability in troubleshooting, diagnose and repair malfunctions on a wide variety of complex equipment Maintain safety as top priority in all aspects of your work, for team members and products. Respond to service requests related to plumbing, electrical, lighting and general maintenance issues. Respond to service requests for a wide variety of in-store equipment which include: Hot beverage equipment basic function (ex. Coffee, Cappuccino) Cold beverage equipment (ex. tea, Fountain, FBD, FCB, Creamers, Ice makers etc.) Hot food equipment (ex. fryers, griddles tortilla presses, ovens, Warmers, etc.) Fuel Dispensers (ex. printers, displays card readers, hanging hardware etc.) Work order management – prioritizing and routing Operational relationship building Follow proper uniform guidelines Perform preventive maintenance tasks for equipment and facility in accordance with manufacturer’s and/or engineering guidelines. Recommend methods or training to continuously improve maintenance performance.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Completes and maintains required state specific competency training and testing necessary to obtain and maintain Class “B” UST System Operator Certification Experience performing maintenance related tasks Experience with pumps and dispensers preferred Experience in a skill trade area preferred (i.e., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) Experience with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues Ability to conduct and complete Company business in a professional and ethical manner Ability to lift equipment and access covers weighing in excess of 80 pounds Ability to climb ladders to roofs, ceilings, and signs Ability to crawl in access areas and under counters and dispensers Ability to assemble and disassemble large and small mechanical, plumbing, and electrical parts, assemblies, and components Ability to operate hand and power tools and special equipment to complete work assignments Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching

Schedule:

10 hour shift 8 hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
