Maintenance Technician for apartment community Realty properties Tampa, FL 33613 Maintenance Technician needed for a 130 unit apartment community in Tampa and Brandon, FL. All candidates MUST be HVAC certified and MUST have experience and a working knowledge of the apartment maintenance industry. After hours emergency call rotation schedule. Duties are, but not limited to
- Punch
- Painting
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- light Carpentry work and able to install ceramic tiles.
Responsibilities also include:
building maintenance (inside/outside, cleaning/landscaping) etc. Must be willing to travel to other properties in Tampa. Must be able to pass a full background check
- no exceptions.
