Maintenance Technician (must have 3+ years experience and live in Tampa, Fl) zoro properties 8405 North Edison Avenue, Tampa, FL 33604 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing, electrical, HVAC maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills for daily repair(s) and maintenance of Single-Family Homes and Commercial Properties in the Tampa Bay area. Our ideal candidate works independently and is able to manage themselves while completing a wide variety of maintenance tasks. This role is essential for ensuring that we provide a safe and pleasant environment for all tenants. This is a

MANDATORY.
Changing lights, replacing outlets and switches. Plumbing, clearing sewer lines, changing toilets & fixtures; replacing pipes. Electrical skills; changing breakers; replacing GFI, switches; light fixtures. Properly maintain and organize tools, supplies, and other company property. Good customer service skills, ability to take direction and work well with others, and strong attention to detail is required. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Follow office policies & procedures; work closely with property manager regarding work orders and scheduling. Inspect and prepare residential homes and apartments for occupancy and sale. Perform final walk through on homes to verify outstanding issues that have been completed before sale and move in. Report and communicate deficiencies to Property Manager and follow up on item completion Perform touch up painting and minor repairs on rental units and sale homes Complete punch out items as directed. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50lb. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs repeatedly throughout the work day Must be able to work a minimum of 8 continuous hours in exposed weather conditions.
