$25-$35/hr (Based on experience) Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to travel to various store locations across Florida. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, independence, and a strong general maintenance background.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs at multiple retail store locations Troubleshoot and perform light electrical work Handle basic plumbing tasks, repairs, and installations Complete interior and exterior painting projects Perform minor landscaping and exterior upkeep as needed Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections Travel to job sites in a company-provided vehicle

Requirements:

Proven experience in general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, landscaping, painting, etc.) Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, etc.) Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (must drive company truck) Ability to travel statewide and work independently Excellent time management and communication skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
