Certification Communication skills EPA Certification Full Job Description Maintenance Technician (Tampa) compensation: $23.00-24.00 employment type: full-time Multifamily property management company is seeking a highly motivated, HVAC certified Maintenance Tech to join our team. This is a full time position, Mon-Fri with on call rotation. We offer competitive pay, Paid vacation, paid holidays, medical insurance, and 401K.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service
• Grounds Maintenance
• Complete service requests in a timely manner
• Complete make-readies in a timely manner
• Paint/drywall repairs
• Trouble shooting, repairing and replacing HVAC
• On call rotation

Requirements:

• HVAC Certification
• Must pass a drug test
• Must pass a Background check
• Own your own vehicle
• Must have min 3 years plumbing/electrical/HVAC experience
• Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
