Qualifications:
- Experience with general AC servicing
- Drywall Repairs/Paint
- Good understanding of plumbing and electrical
Requirements:
- Handle incoming work orders from tenants and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Tenant turn over (changing of locks, paint, repairs, etc)
- Cleaning ACs
- Cleaning gutters
