We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Maintenance and Repair Technician with 3 years of experience to join our team. This position requires technical skills to evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment. In addition, the Maintenance Technician must possess an awareness and understanding of how to work safely while performing facilities and equipment repairs. Shift – Full Time, Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, some weekends, and rotating “On-Call” duty with other techs Compensation/Benefits – $25-35/hour • Benefits including Medical, Dental and Paid Vacation (subject to eligibility requirements) Job Description Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Repair restaurant level equipment including: Perform Small Electrical Repairs including lights and outlets Perform Small Plumbing Repairs including float valve and spray handles Repair Walls (including painting and patching walls), Ceilings and other parts of the building Ability to safety use common power tools including skill saws, drills, nail gun, multi-tool, etc. Able to work form elevated area from a ladder A detail oriented self starter with strong problem solving abilities, critical thinking and time management skills Qualifications; High School diploma or GED preferred 3 years of experience in the maintenance field

Must pass a background check and random drug screenings Must have a clean driving record – will undergo regular MVR reports Must have a smart device to communicate and access Service Channel (web-based repair scheduling and tracking program) Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and tools Complete work orders promptly, prioritizing critical tasks Work without direct supervision on daily assigned tasks Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Must be able to perform under extreme stress when there is an equipment failure Must communicate clearly and effectively via both verbal and written Critical thinker with good problem-solving abilities and strong attention to details Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from 30 degrees and up to 100 degrees for long periods of time Must be comfortable working in narrow aisles and passageways including confined spaces for extended periods of time Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a frequent basis The ability to stand or kneel for multiple hours at a time Good manual dexterity
