⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Handyman/Maintenance (Vero Beach) 40th Avenue near 18th Street compensation: $ 20 per hour / paid weekly employment type: job title: Handyman Handyman needed part-time to maintain 36-unit apartment complex in Vero Beach. Flexible hours. Must have own tools and transportation – and be responsive. Will repair or replace broken items such as toilets, faucets, light switches, window glass, stove burners, plumbing pipes, doors, etc. Handyman must be able to do quick turn-around when a vacancy occurs. This includes cleaning, removing furniture, painting, and all repairs to get the apartment ready for a new tenant. Past repair experience required.
