Maintenance 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Vero Beach, FL 32962 The Maintenance Technician helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium Association and will report to the Property Manager. He or she ensures that all mechanical systems and equipment are functional and properly maintained in a clean and esthetically appealing condition. Candidate must have initiative and the ability to work independently and report to the manager work that was accomplished. In addition to the general maintenance of the building, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for cleaning and grounds-keeping duties such as taking out trash, pick up, cleaning bathrooms, etc. Below is a list of more responsibilities: Basic repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance (e.g., painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) Respond promptly to maintenance requests Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow all health and safety regulations Capable of working in outside conditions, lifting heavy objects, standing for periods of time. Good communication, teamwork, and problem solving Valid driver’s license

Pay Rate:

Up to $21 DOE Full-Time Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p •Must be available for on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays.•
