• Duties
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Conduct repairs and replacements as needed
• Painting, drywall repair, carpet cleaning
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist in facility maintenance tasks as required
• Air conditioner routine maintenance
• Ensuring grounds and property are clean and in good repair
• Janitorial duties
• Experience
• Proficiency in maintaining building equipment
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Fluency in English is required for effective communication
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
• Leadership skills
