Countertop Installer Serenity Solid Surfaces of America, LLC 3461 US Highway 27/441, Fruitland Park, FL 34731 Job Summary We are seeking a Countertop Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of installation, including Granite, Quartz, Marble and Quartzite installation. This role involves working on construction sites, inside customers homes, utilizing power tools, and interpreting metric template measurements to install countertops. The Installer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Load countertops into trailer A-frame each morning Ensure all accessories for job are loaded on the truck prior to departure Install countertops and other fixtures according to specifications and design plans. Unload old countertops from trailer into construction dumpster safely. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality of products prior to leaving the facility Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks. Read and interpret templates to fabricate components accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions. Communicate with homeowners effectively and efficiently to ensure excellent customer service is met. Requirements Proven experience in countertop installation preferred. Familiarity with fabricating countertops is a plus but not mandatory. Construction background. Ability to lift heavy objects safely. Strong skills in using power tools and other construction equipment safely. Ability to read and understand templates in metric measurements for effective fabrication and installation. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and home owners. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks over extended periods.
