Duties Perform routine floor cleaning tasks in commercial settings, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. Conduct specialized cleaning activities such as carpet cleaning and floor care, including buffing and polishing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used according to safety guidelines. Follow established protocols for environmental services to promote a safe and healthy environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service. Skills Experience in environmental services or commercial cleaning is preferred. Proficiency in floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types. Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and equipment operation.
