The property is approximately 1 acre and has extensive landscaping throughout and a 2 pools and a jacuzzi. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of irrigation maintenance, proper trimming and landscaping maintenance of beautiful lawn and garden environment. Pool maintenance experience is desired or the ability to learn complex pool systems that maintain 2 pools and a jacuzzi. General maintenance of other areas outside is also desired. Candidate must speak fluent English. Candidate must have drivers license and transportation. Candidate must pass background check and drug test. Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Insurance benefits offered after 90 days.
