Handyman experience a plus. Need to have great communication skills with customers, supervisors and co-workers. Be able to manage time and meet deadlines and have a willingness to adapt to various situations. Must be good with your hands and interested in transitioning this position into a career. Be a team player but can work independently. Must speak English. This position is not for an individual who owns their own business looking for extra work. We heavily insure our employees and provide a van.

Responsibilities include:

Complete small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home/commercial improvement projects including Fences, Caulking, Grout, Tile Floors, Walls, Painting, Rotted Wood, Ceilings, Decks, Doors, Drywall, Siding, Gutters, Locksets & Deadbolts, Windows, Screens Complete carpentry projects including Cabinetry, Countertops, Shelving Molding, Trim, Ramps, Railings Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required Communicate with customers about scope of work and cost estimates Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Job Requirements Should have own tools to perform and complete multiple trades Strong carpentry background Skilled tradesman who likes working with their hands Ability to perform a quality job on a variety of trades
