Amavida is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Tech to join our team! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a

Maintenance Tech:

Maintain equipment, building, utilities and grounds following community approved methods. Assist in maintaining the emergency power generating equipment along with all fire and life safety equipment and help conduct fire drill and safety inspections. Provide residents and staff with a timely and effective response to service requests. Ensure all equipment and systems function properly and safely. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations/ordinances. Work with the department Director to ensure that community physical plant and grounds are maintained in a good state of repair and that the community projects a good visual image to the community at large Maintain maintenance schedules and update progress of open service requests. Remain within budget allowances. Patch and paint any areas that may need repair.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High School diploma Previous experience in senior living or healthcare setting is highly desired HVAC certification preferred Residential appliance repair experience preferred Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8a to 4:30p with occasional overtime and some holidays as needed.

Pay Range:
