The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks including HVAC service, general repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep. Duties Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Perform routine property inspections and preventive maintenance Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and management Requirements Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where your skills will contribute significantly to our operational success!
