Evans Avenue, Fort Myers, FL 33901 Overview The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general upkeep tasks, maintaining the facility grounds, and assisting with repairs and routine maintenance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to support our daily operations. Key Responsibilities Lawn care and landscaping: mowing grass, trimming, blowing leaves, weeding, and general upkeep of exterior grounds General building maintenance: painting, minor repairs, cleaning, and organizing Assisting with the upkeep of machinery, equipment, and tools (non-specialized) Cleaning and maintaining outdoor and indoor work areas Checking and replacing light bulbs, air filters, and basic facility supplies Supporting setup and breakdown for events or facility projects Monitoring and reporting potential hazards or safety concerns Helping with minor plumbing, carpentry, or electrical tasks (experience a plus) Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial experience a plus but not required Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions Attention to detail and commitment to safety Valid driver’s license preferred Benefits & Growth Opportunities Pay starts at $14.00/hour- with potential increases based on performance Opportunity to grow into a broader facility support or equipment maintenance role Positive and supportive team environment Employee discounts on products and tours
