This is a great opportunity for handymen, gig workers, or those seeking supplemental income while maintaining a flexible schedule. As the eyes and ears of the facility, you’ll conduct regular site visits, perform light maintenance, and ensure the property remains in great shape for customers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct walkthroughs of the property to check all storage units Overlock delinquent units and remove locks from paid-up tenants Clean and reset vacant units by sweeping, mopping, and prepping for new renters Dispose of trash or abandoned furniture in the on-site dumpster Report any maintenance issues or security concerns Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained Perform basic maintenance: change latches, air filters, light bulbs, etc
